gov.pl asks for a 35×45 mm colour print. The face is 70–80% of the photo, with the whole head and the upper shoulders. Hair may leave the frame. The background is white and even. The mouth is closed, eyes open, no red-eye. Ears need not be visible.
An online ID upload is at least 492×633 and at most 2.5 MB. An online passport, only for a child under 12, is at least 768×1004 and at most 2.5 MB. This JPEG is larger than both minimums and stays under 2.5 MB. Clear glasses are allowed if the frames do not cover the eyebrows.
