Where is my photo processed?

In your browser. Background removal, face measurement, and the crop run on your phone or computer. The finished JPEG is uploaded only if you place an order, so we can give you a download link. We delete stored files after 30 days.

What do I get after I pay?

A JPEG with no watermark, sized for the document you picked. The bundle adds a 4×6 inch sheet with cut marks and an optional second document size from the same portrait. The family plan covers up to three people.

Do you retouch the face?

Accepted Answer

No. We replace the background, crop, and scale. Face pixels stay a sample of your photo. We do not sharpen, smooth skin, change eye color, or reshape features. The US State Department rejects AI-altered photos.

What is the expert re-check?

Accepted Answer

An optional $3.95 add-on. A person looks at the finished file within one business day and leaves a note on your download page if something should be reshot. It is a queue we work through on business days, not a staffed 24-hour desk.

What if the photo is rejected?

Accepted Answer

If the authority rejects it because the size, background, or head position misses the published rule for the document you selected, we refund the order. Send the rejection from the refund page. We do not refund expression, likeness, or a photo that is simply out of date.

Is Get2x2 a government site?

Accepted Answer

No. We are an independent service operated from Israel. Passport agencies, visa centers, and USCIS decide whether to accept a photo.
