Spec guarantee

If a passport agency, visa center, or USCIS refuses the photo because the size, background color, or head position misses the published rule for the document you selected, we refund what you paid for that order.

This guarantee sits on top of the refund policy, which already allows a refund within 14 days of purchase. For a refusal that falls under this guarantee, email the refusal from the refund form within 60 days of the decision, with the order email and whatever notice they gave you. We read requests on business days.

We do not refund a photo that was refused because:

• the expression, closed eyes, or likeness was the problem,
• the photo was too old for that form,
• you picked a different document than the one you filed,
• you edited the file after download, or uploaded a filtered original,
• the refusal was about something other than the photograph,
• you continued after a red check. That choice waives this refund for the problem the checklist marked.

The final decision belongs to the authority. Get2x2 is not a government service, and a passed checklist on our site is not an acceptance letter. We also do not promise a 200% refund. If we got the spec wrong, you get your money back.
